Georgia as a Coach

Hello, my name is Georgia and I am a CEO coach to entrepreneurs, investors and high performance individuals who want more out of their life, who wish to have it all: peace of mind, a thriving family/ relationship, health and success. Cause what's the point of one without the other?

I have spent my career in the technology sector, more specifically at Google, Google X and Kernel (Computer- Brain Interface) as well as the venture capital industry, so I can relate to the daily challenges of building complex products with diverse teams.

As a Director at Google X in Silicon Valley I was privileged to work at one of the most innovative places on the planet. Bristling with genius, Google X is an incredible place where talent from various backgrounds comes together to make the impossible possible. Working in such an environment has helped me understand a lot about human potential, resilience, mindset, innovation which now informs my coaching today.

And while I have had a fulfilling career, I have also hit some very difficult times, including a severe burnout where I had to learn about managing my energy and how best to recharge, tap into my own nervous system and rewire it. Looking back, these difficult times were some of the most fruitful for my life in the long run and inform my coaching practice today. Having a coach during these times was game changing, as it helped me make sense of what was happening as well as alchemise my own thinking into more beneficial and wholesome ways. To this day, I work with a coach twice a month. The outside perspective on my life and my thinking helps me grow and challenges me to uplevel my coaching game too!

Georgia’s Coaching in Action

You bring issues that are top of mind or take up a lot of your mental real estate. This can be work related things, but personal things are very welcome too. We then go through a process of dismantling the issues and coming up with very clear, actionable tasks that you can implement.

This makes this process very action orientated and alleviates problems fast. Further we create an incredible sense of agency in your life, to create change in all areas of your life where you are looking for improvement.

Georgia as a Human

I am an adventurer and traveler at heart. Nothing makes me feel more alive than being in foreign places and in new cultures. I love to learn new things and read about a vast variety of topics. My family and I recently moved to South Africa, as we all love the big outdoors and the wild life here.
