His unique background allows him to provide invaluable coaching to the most inspiring CEOs, founders, and investors in the tech world.
As a coach, Alexis serves as a thought partner, management trainer, leadership coach, and confidant to his clients. He fills a crucial role that many CEOs lack - someone to report to and rely on for guidance. Alexis's coaching style focuses on tactical improvements that bring immediate value to every session. He ensures progress and accountability by tracking actions discussed during the sessions in follow-up meetings. This approach has helped his clients, which include founders, CEOs, and investors from leading startups such as Faeth Therapeutics, Eigen Layer, Booksy, Luminai, Treble.ai, TPG, Snaptrude, Magic Eden, Clockwise, Hike Mobile, Spark Car Wash, Shake Pay, Slice Banking, Allu, Recall.ai, CommonClinics, Novo, Yuga Labs, Substack, Betr, and others, to unlock their full potential and drive their organizations to success.
By combining the Mochary Method with his extensive operational experience, Alexis provides a unique and valuable perspective to the tech industry's most ambitious leaders. His guidance and support have been instrumental in helping his clients navigate the challenges of running successful startups and achieving their goals.
Alexis was born in Marbella, Spain, and spent his childhood in Washington, DC, chasing mischief and avoiding calamity. He graduated from Clemson University and London Business School as the student of the year, plus coursework with distinction from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He currently lives in Atlanta, GA, with his wife and daughter. When not coaching, he reads, writes, runs, and pesters his family with dad jokes.
